As the Local Chief Executive of the Municipality of San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, I take pleasure to welcome you to the municipality’s Official Website.
This website reflects the local government’s commitment and strong dedication in providing public service to the people and at the same time, present its programs and projects geared towards its battlecry, Agturong iti Nadur-as ken Nalinak nga Ili.
This site is also devoted to provide information and online services to all Filipinos and Ilocanos especially San Nicoleños here and abroad. Knowing that Ilocanos are globally competitive and are excelling in their areas of specialization and with the given technology that we have, we wish to bring the San Nicoleño way of life to them in any part of the globe and likewise update each one of the happenings in our beloved San Nicolas, Ili Nagtaudak.
As we aim for another level of development and progress, we hope that this site will serve as a tool in boosting the economic and industrial sector and in generating investments that will be of great benefit to the people and the community.
As this website was created to bring the government closer to the people and foster better relationship within and among the three actors in development – the government, private sector and the citizenry, we encourage feedbacks and suggestions aimed towards a better community and country to live in.
SN placed 3rd in Pamana ng Lahi Award
For its performance in the areas of governance based on the Local Governance Performance Management System (LGPMS) and for being a recipient of the 2011 Seal of Good Housekeeping, as well as the innovations implemented for the welfare of the community and the awards bestowed to the town, San Nicolas placed third above the other 113 municipalities in Region I for the Gawad Pamana ng Lahi Award.

APV fulfills another working trip in Hawaii
On his 7th year as local chief executive of San Nicolas, Mayor Alfredo P. Valdez, Jr., once again graced the invitation of the Annak ti San Nicolas Hawaii as Guest of Honor of the organization’s Induction Ceremony and Fund-Raising. Valdez flew to Honolulu on September 8 and upon arrival, met with the organizational leaders headed by ASN President, Mr. Gerald Butay for a meeting.

*20% discount is given to those who pay their full year real estate taxes on time from December 1-31;
*15% discount is given to those who pay their full year real estate taxes from January 1-16;
*10% discount is given to those who pay their full year real estate taxes from January 16-March 31.
The Taxpayer's Lounge is open from Mondays to Fridays, 8AM to 5PM.
- If the schedule of payment falls on weekends or holidays, payments should be made on the next working day.
- Deadline of payment is on the last day of February.
- Payments made within March 1 to December 31 will be imposed additional 2% interest every month in the payment of individual and corporate community tax certificates.
