As part of its corporate social responsibility, the Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines Inc.—Ilocos Plant participated in the Fire Prevention Month through the fire drill and lectures conducted to its employees and members of the organized fire brigade of said bottling company on March 13 and 16, 2010 with the BFP San Nicolas. The lecture/seminar focused on the Organizational Structure of an Organized Fire Brigade, their members as well as the corresponding duties and responsibilities of each member of the different teams. The Organized Fire Brigade was organized as the combat team of the company in cases of Fire Emergencies that may happen in the company and they are the one assigned to prevent the occurrence of the destruction of lives and properties in the company. The actual fire drill was conducted unannounced to the employees and even to the members of the organized fire brigade to test how effective and efficient they are in combating fire in case it will happen in their company’s area of responsibility .~FO1 Victor Gabion
